Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and closure of projects within the outside plant engineering or construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading teams, and delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables

Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
-
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations

Utilize GIS platforms and data analysis tools for project management
-
Keep up to date with industry standards and best practices and provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project teams.

Have a good knowledge of OSP fiber design.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the outside plant engineering or construction industry

Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, GIS platforms, and data analysis tools

PMP certification preferred

Valid driver's license
Base salary:
$85K/yr - $105K/yr
