Senior Site Health and Safety Manager
Responsibilities:

Lead and implement safety programs on heavy construction projects.
-
Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.

Conduct safety inspections and audits.
-
Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents.
-
Develop and deliver safety training programs.
-
Collaborate with project teams to promote a safe work environment.

Manage safety documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or Construction Management. and 7 years construction safety, general industry safety, or construction management or;

Associate Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or Construction Management. and 9 years construction safety, general industry safety, or construction management or;
-
High School Diploma/GED and 11 years construction safety, general industry safety, or construction management.

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Proven experience in construction safety.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license.
Required Certifications and Experience:
-
OSHA: Deep understanding of OSHA Construction and General Industry standards.

Industry Standards: Proficiency in ANSI, NIOSH, CoE EM 385-1, and NEC standards.

Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Base Salary:
Up to $40/hr
