Candidates must report to our client's office in Metro Little Rock, AR, this is a non-negotiable. Relocation package is an option for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and maintain advanced telecommunications systems and networks.

  • Collaborate with multiple teams across our client's company to ensure the delivery of high-quality communication solutions. (Fiber and wireless)

  • Conduct site surveys, prepare engineering reports, and develop project plans.

  • Ensure compliance with all appropriate codes and standards, including NEC, NESC, NFPA, ANSI/TIA, FCC, IEEE, and BICSI.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecommunications systems.

  • Provide expert guidance and support to team members.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Southern USA.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications engineering.

  • Comfortable with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP, O-Calc Pro).

  • In-depth knowledge of telecommunications systems, protocols, and technologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Base Salary

$120K/yr - $150K/yr
