Candidates must report to our client's office in Metro Little Rock, AR, this is a non-negotiable. Relocation package is an option for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, execute, and maintain advanced telecommunications systems and networks.

Collaborate with multiple teams across our client's company to ensure the delivery of high-quality communication solutions. (Fiber and wireless)

Conduct site surveys, prepare engineering reports, and develop project plans.

Ensure compliance with all appropriate codes and standards, including NEC, NESC, NFPA, ANSI/TIA, FCC, IEEE, and BICSI.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecommunications systems.

Provide expert guidance and support to team members.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Southern USA.

Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications engineering.

Comfortable with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP, O-Calc Pro).

In-depth knowledge of telecommunications systems, protocols, and technologies.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Base Salary
$120K/yr - $150K/yr
