Job Summary:

As an account executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client's market share within the telecommunications industry. You will identify and secure new business opportunities, cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate contracts to ensure successful project execution.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and customer needs.

  • Prospect for new clients, develop sales pipelines, and create persuasive sales presentations.

  • Leverage your experience in selling to electrical cooperatives, internet service providers, broadband providers, or major carriers to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

  • Negotiate favorable pricing, terms, and contracts to secure new business.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

  • Utilize sales automation tools to streamline your workflow and increase efficiency.

  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, must be in the telecommunications industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities.

  • Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, salesforce a plus and sales tools (Apollo, zoominfo, clay).

 

Base salary:

$120K/yr - $170K/yr
